Riley Development Solutions proudly serve individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.  We believe with the proper supports individuals with developmental disabilities can build self-esteem, and independence and achieve their highest level of skill development. 

Supported employment:  We provide support services that help individuals with disabilities to find, secure, and keep employment in integrated settings, through job coaching and assistance with job accommodations.

Job training:  we provide skills training and assistance with job search activities to help individuals with disabilities secure employment.

GED preparation: we assist individuals with disabilities in preparation for obtaining a High School equivalency Diploma (GED).

Social Skills Training:  we train individuals with disabilities to develop the social and interpersonal skills needed to function effectively in daily life, including communication skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict-resolution skills.

Respite services:  we are a point of contact for temporary relief services provided to families and caregivers of individuals with disabilities to give them a break from the demands of caring for their loved one.

Independent Living:  we provide services and resources that help individuals with disabilities live independently, including access to local residential facilities, assistive technology, and other community-based services.
